Regulus Group offers full-spectrum support and services.  In doing so, we’ve learned over the years that when companies and organizations develop, revise, and/or update their Workplace Violence (WPV) Prevention and Response training and education programs, they often realize that other aspects of their program have become outdated, are incomplete, or have components that are simply unaddressed.  It’s not uncommon to come across organizational policies and procedures that require some adjustment to align with current best practices as well as to integrate them more fully with updated training.  In other instances, there may be efficiencies to be realized by combining various continuity plans or integrating other operational guidance, such as emergency notification procedures and/or threat management operations, into a more comprehensive plan.  And surprisingly, many organizations still don’t realize that, in the case of Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention, there is an American National Standard, which outlines critical components to have in place when developing and managing a program.
