Make it Safe to Bring Concerns Forward
Here’s where an organization energizes an operational component into its overall WPV Prevention and Intervention Program with a specific focus toward early prevention. Establishment of various reporting and tracking mechanisms, such as anonymous “helplines” or “tiplines,” are not only implemented here, but also socialized within the organization through various forms of awareness and advocacy campaigns.
Enhanced training also falls in this program element as we work to equip frontline supervisors and managers with advanced concepts related to a deeper understanding of issues such as trauma-informed awareness, interpersonal violence, as well as enhanced threat recognition and management response guidance.
